Farm to Fork returns for its annual self-guided tour of local farms and food producers, tracing the journey from growing fields and farm gates to products made across the region.
Check-in runs from 9 a.m. to noon at Sharon Museum and Gardens, 18974 Leslie St., Sharon. Participants can pick up a route map with participating locations and their individual operating hours, then travel through East Gwillimbury at their own pace. The overall tour runs from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., although hours vary by location.
A complimentary insulated tote bag will be available at check-in while supplies last. The museum and gardens will also host local table vendors from 9 a.m. to noon, bringing together area businesses, makers and locally made products before the farm visits begin.
Participating stops include farms and locations connected to fresh produce, free-run eggs, artisanal goods, flowers and baked treats. Some locations may provide samples.
